Refugee Hope Partners has updated information detailing the current challenges. 

Significant Changes to U.S. Refugee Resettlement: A New Crisis and How RHP is Responding

They also have two very specific needs right now: 

  1. 🔗 Bridge Program Mentors – Refugee high school students need mentors to guide them through applying for college or entering the workforce after graduation. 
  2. 🔗 Job Opportunities for Refugees – If you know of any businesses or contacts with job openings suitable for refugees, we’d greatly appreciate your help. You can share leads or refer others through our [employer interest form]
  3. I know that the next volunteer training is April 9 at 6:30 pm.  Should anyone be interested, go to their website and complete the volunteer interest form.  I am planning to go on April 9.
